Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem pravidelné celotělové kryoterapie na organismus sportovce z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. V teoretické části diplomové práce je shrnuta problematika tělesné teploty, termoregulace, kryoterapie, tělesné zátěže a regenerace. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of regular whole-body cryotherapy on the athleth's organism from the perspective of physiotherapist. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the issues of body temperature, thermoregulation, cryotherapy, physical aktivity and regeneration.
