The social work metody with unemployed people

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce prezentuje pohled na problematiku nezaměstnanosti a na témata s ní související. Poukazuje na možnosti dalšího vzdělávání a zvyšování kvalifikace, které jsou nezaměstnaným nabízeny v rámci zvyšování profesní konkurenceschopnosti na trhu práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku sociální práce s nezaměstnanými klienty se zaměřením na individuální práci formou: - poradenství, - vzdělávání - a také zjistit zda je o motivační a sebepoznávací kurzy ze strany nezaměstnaných zájem. Pro naplnění cíle byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření s nezaměstnanými respondenty.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis represents a perspective on the issues of unemployment and on related topics. Notes on the possibilities of further education and skills, which are offered to unemployed workers in the context of increasing professional competitiveness on the labour market. The aim of the thesis is to describe the issues of social work with the unemployed clients focusing on individual work in the form: - of advice, - training - and also to find out whether it is a motivational and self-recognizing courses on the part of unemployed people interested. For the fulfillment of the objective of a quantitative research method was used in the form of a questionnaire survey with the unemployed respondents.
