Abstract:
Cílem absolventské práce na téma Evropský zatýkací rozkaz je charakteristika,vznik a podmínky jeho aplikace a postup při vydávání pachatelů do a z České republiky. Dále je práce zaměřena na policejní a další instituty justiční spolupráce v Evropské unii, jako je například Europol a Eurojust.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to chatacterize The European arrest warrant, especially its origin, conditions of its application and the national procedures for extradition to and from Czech republic. It also focuses on the police organizations and many other institutes of judicial cooperation in the European union, some of which are Europol and Eurojust.
