Tax and transaction aspects of Trust Funds
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou transakčních a daňových aspektů svěřenských fondů v České republice s důrazem na posouzení daňové výhodnosti tohoto institutu. Pro mezinárodní srovnání je provedena komparace s právními a daňovými aspekty trustu, který je obdobou tohoto institutu v Anglii. Výstupem práce je posouzení, zda je možné svěřenský fond použít jako nástroj pro daňovou optimalizaci.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deal with the analysis of transaction and tax aspects of Trust funds in the Czech Republic with emphasis on the assessment of the tax advantage. For international comparison, is made a comparison of legal and tax aspects of a Trust in England, which is similar institute as Trust fund in the Czech Republic.
