Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a analýzou netradičních müsli směsí bezlepkových i s obsahem lepku, jejíchž součástí jsou jedlé květy. The thesis deals with the preparation and analysis of non-traditional muesli mixtures (gluten-free and gluten containing mixtures) with edible flowers. The theoretical part is devoted to the brief description and properties of polyphenols and the possibilities of their determination and the chemical composition of the raw materials analysed.
