S pracovným pomerom a s jeho existenciou väčšina našich občanov spája ľudsky dôstojný život svojich rodín, pretože nám zabezpečuje základné existenčné podmienky. Na základe uvedeného sme sa rozhodli venovať v prvej časti našej bakalárskej práce histórii a právnej úprave pracovného pomeru.
