Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat strukturou vyhlášek, tím jaký mají vliv pro život a správu města a jsou-li dostatečně právně silné k prosazování nařízení prospěšných městu. Zajímavé na tomto zpracování je, že města si mohou vyhláškami schvalovat a prosazovat samy různé změny v obci v souladu se zákonem a tím si přispívat k racionálnímu řízení chodu města. V bakalářské práci je rozepsáno, jak se vyhlášky schvalují, k čemu slouží a proč vznikají. Cílem této práce je poukázat na funkci vyhlášek a jejich účinky v praxi na příkladu města Chomutov.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I will deal with the structure of public notices, how they influence life and administration of the municipality and if they are legally strong enough to enforce regulations beneficial for the town. The interesting thing is that municipalities are able to authorize and enforce different changes themselves in accordance with the law and therefore contribute to a sound management of the municipality. In the bachelor thesis there is also stated how are the public notices authorized, what are they for and why are they created. The aim of the thesis is to refer to the function of the public notices, their effects in practical examples from the municipality Chomutov.
