Disertační práce na téma Činnost s řízení ozbrojených sil v míru byla vypracována s ohledem na dvě roviny obsažené již v jejím tématu. Předmětem zkoumání byla činnost a řízení ozbrojených sil v míru, měřítkem zkoumání a hodnocení pak byla zejména správní věda, a dílem i aktuální správně právní úprava.
