Práce se zabývá žalobou proti nezákonnému zásahu, která pro svou povahu bývá také někdy označována jako zbytková žaloba. The thesis deals with an action against unlawful interference that is also referred to as a residual action. There is an effort to comprehend not only the concept of unlawful interference but also the role and specifics of this action among all the administrative justice.
