Principles of hanging storage furniture

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je průzkum a posouzení principů zavěšení bytového nábytku, kdy jsou tři vybraná kování následně podrobena zkoušce zatížením na připravených testovacích vzorcích. Dále se tato práce věnuje i definování případných kritických míst pro jeho bezpečné užívání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici závěsného nábytku a jeho využití. Dalším řešeným bodem je skladba stěn, na které je závěsný nábytek kotven, a její vliv na samotnou bezpečnost zavěšených nábytkových prvků. Je zde také rozebráno hned několik druhů závěsného kování a způsobů zavěšení, ze kterých jsou tři následně vybrány k testování – rektifikační kování BLUM, Hettich SAH 14, CAMAR 807. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotné výrobě testovacích vzorků, jejich upevňování ke zkušebním stěnám a rozebrání všech výsledků pozorování a jejich využití v praxi

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is focused on the research and assessment of the principles of hanging household furniture, when three selected fittings are subsequently subjected to a load test on prepared test samples. In addition, the content of this work is devoted to defining possible critical points for its safe use. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of hanging furniture and its use. Another point addressed is the composition of the walls on which the hanging furniture is anchored, and its effect on the very safety of the hanging furniture elements. Several types of suspension fittings and suspension methods are also analyzed here, of which three are subsequently selected for testing - rectification fittings BLUM, Hettich SAH 14, CAMAR 807. The practical part of the work is devoted to the actual production of test samples, their fastening to test walls and disassembly all observation results and their use in practice.
