Export Financing with Promotion of State Institutions

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je legislativní, institucionální a instrumentální struktura státem podpořeného exportního financování v České republice. Problémem řešeným v tomto textu je potřeba vývozců udržovat konkurenční převahu zdokonalováním schopnosti úvěrovat zahraniční transakce, což je odběrateli nejvíce preferovaný, avšak pro mnohé dodavatele nedostupný a velmi rizikový způsob platby. Účelem této práce je prezentovat na příkladu vybraného podniku možnosti a postupy praktického využití kreditních produktů exportních úvěrových agentur, které tento způsob financování obchodu značně zpřístupňují a zvýhodňují. Práce tak do jisté míry potvrzuje nezbytnost existence vládního sektoru v podpoře exportního úvěrování. Autorka v práci propojuje koncepci státní exportní politiky s jejím reálným vlivem na podnikatelské prostředí.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the legislative, institutional and instrumental structure of the state supported export financing in the Czech Republic. The problem solved in this paper is the exporters' need to maintain a competitive advantage by improving the ability to give credits to foreign transactions which is the most preferred by customers, but for many suppliers unavailable and very risky method of payment. The purpose of this paper is to present on an example of the selected enterprise, procedures and practical use of credit products of the Export Credit Agencies that make this method of trade financing extensively more available and favourable. This thesis confirms to a certain extent the necessity of existence of the government sector in promoting of export financing. In the thesis the author connects the concept of state export policy with its real impact on the business environment.
