Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu pracovní spokojenosti učitelek základních škol prvního stupně a jejich osobnostních charakteristik. Cílem této práce je: - identifikace vztahu mezi jednotlivými dimenzemi osobnosti a pracovní spokojeností, - zjištění úrovně celkové pracovní spokojenosti, - identifikace faktorů, s nimiž jsou učitelky nejvíce a nejméně spokojeny.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of job satisfaction of primary school teachers and their personal characteristics. The aim of this thesis is: - identification of the relationship between personality dimensions and job satisfaction, - determination of the level of overall job satisfaction, - identification of the factors with which teachers are most and least satisfied.
