Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi přípravy mikrotomových řezů polymerních materiálů pro mikroskopii. Na začátku práce je stručně popsána historie a jednotlivé typy mikrotomů. Další část se zabývá volbou vhodného nože pro danou aplikaci. Detailněji je popsána příprava tenkých a ultratenkých řezů jak pro světelnou, tak i pro transmisní elektronovou mikroskopii. This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of preparation of microtome cuts of polymer materials for microscopy. At the beginning of the thesis is briefly described history and individual types of microtomes. The next section deals with the selection of the right knife for given application.
