Abstract:
Náplní práce je aplikace sedmi nástrojů řízení kvality v podniku Pekárny a cukrárny Náchod, a.s. ve výrobě běžného pečiva. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy sestavit možná doporučení pro zlepšení řízení kvality.
Abstract:
The thesis is based on the aplication of Seven Quality Tools in the production of the pastry. The goal of the thesis is to suggest possible recommendations for improving quality system in the company.
