Pulsed laser deposition of thin films of ferromagnetic oxides and investigation of their magnetic properties
Abstract:
V této práci se věnujeme depozici feromagnetických manganátů s perovskitovou strukturou La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 a La0.7Ba0.3MnO3 na substráty LSAT (100) a SrTiO3 (100) pomocí pulzní laserové depozice. Kvalitu vrstev charakterizujeme pomocí mikroskopie atomárních sil a vibrační magnetometrie. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the deposition of ferromagnetic manganates with perovskite structure La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.7Ba0.3MnO3 on LSAT (100) and SrTiO3 (100) substrates using pulsed laser deposition. The quality of the sample is characterized using atomic force microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry.
