Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nekalého jednání a korupce v podniku Daimler v České republice. This diploma thesis addresses corruption and other forms of undesirable behaviors in business and company. In the theoretical part, it defines corruption in general, its forms, categories, causes, measurement and prevention.
