Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí slaďování rodinného a pracovního života u matek samoživitelek. Jejím cílem je popsat strategické kroky, které volí matky samoživitelky po odchodu partnera, a jakým způsobem se jim daří skloubit rodinu a práci. The diploma thesis deals with harmonization of family and work life of single mothers. The main goal is to describe strategies chosen by single mothers after partner´s leave and how they are able to harmonize family and work duty.
