Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se soustředí na pojmy zadržení osoby a její výslech. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny termíny související s tímto tématem. Dále je podrobně popsáno samotné zadržení, jeho příprava, části a následující stádium eskorty. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá tématem výslechu.
