Práce se zabývá modernizací právních nástrojů používaných pro boj s kartelovými dohodami. Zaměřuje se nejprve na vymezení toho, co je třeba rozumět kartelovou dohodou a následně zkoumá specifické nástroje, které slouží k odhalování a odstrašování od uzavírání těchto specifických protisoutěžních dohod. The thesis deals with modernization of legal instruments used for fighting against cartel agreements.
