Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku obětí trestných činů z nenávisti, zejména na nenávistné zločiny, a navrhuje opatření pro podporu a ochranu těchto obětí. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of victims of hate crimes, especially hate crimes, and proposes measures to support and protect these victims. It contains a theoretical analysis ofdifferent types of violence, including hate violence, prejudice and examines the causes and rights of victims.
