Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etiku a etické chování firem. Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu dodržování etických zásad v konkrétní firmě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části budu uvádět základní pojmy, metody a zásady etického chování. V praktické části zhodnotím výsledky šetření a navrhnu etický kodex pro vybranou firmu, případně další metody pro zlepšení etického řízení firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on ethics and ethical behavior of companies. The aim is to analyze and evaluate the current state of ethical principles in a particular company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part observes basic concepts, methods and principles of ethical behavior. Practical part evaluates results and suggests a code of ethics for the selected particular company, eventually other methods for improving the ethical management of the company.
