Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována alkoholickým nápojům a alkoholům jakožto hydroxyderivátům. Vysvětluje výrobu alkoholů i alkoholických nápojů. Dále popisuje stanovení chemických látek v alkoholických nápojích. Zabývá se methanolem a ethanolem.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to alcoholic beverages and alcohols as hydroxyderivates. The production of alcohol and alcoholic beverages is explained. It also describes the determination of chemical substances in alcoholic beverages. It deals with methanol and ethanol.
