Penal Regulation of Internet Crimes
Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals with issues of Internet crime. I tried to analyse law order of CR and procedures for investigation crimes related to the Internet as special medium, providing unlimited space for committing crimes. This work also contains a questionnaire aimed at knowledge and experience citizens with cybernetic law and suggestions how to improve the prevention of cybernetic crimes.
Abstract:
Moja práca sa zaoberá aktuálnou otázkou internetovej kriminality. Cieľom bolo analyzovať právnu úpravu ČR a postupy pri vyšetrovaní trestných činov súvisiacich s Internetom, ako zvláštnym médiom, poskytujúcim bezhraničný priestor pre páchanie trestnej činnosti. Práca ďalej obsahuje dotazník, zameraný na informovanosť občanov a návrhy na zlepšenie prevencie informačnej kriminality.
