Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem menstruace a menstruačních pomůcek. Obsah je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základy anatomie ženských pohlavních orgánů, fyziologie menstruačního cyklu, poruchy menstruačního cyklu, postoj společnosti a žen k menstruaci, menarché a jednotlivé menstruační pomůcky. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of menstruation and menstrual hygiene products. The content is divided into theoretical and practical part.
