Corporate bonds as a source of corporate financing

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na financování podniku formou dluhopisů. Zkoumá vliv vybraných makroekonomických faktorů na výnosnost státních dlu-hopisů a fondu korporátních dluhopisů. K identifikaci vlivu těchto faktorů na dlu-hopisy je využita grafická a korelační analýza. Součástí korelační analýzy je klouzavý vývoj jednotlivých korelačních koeficientů po tříletých obdobích. Na zá-kladě výsledků z teoretické části a jednotlivých analýz jsou stanovena doporučení podnikům o vhodné době k emitování dluhopisů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on financing the company in the form of bonds. It studies the leverage of selected macroeconomic factors on government bonds and the corporate bond fund. Usage of the graphical and correlation analysis helps to identify the impact of these factors on bond yield. The sliding correlation in the three-year periods is part of the correlation analysis. The recommendations for an appropriate time to issue bonds to corporates are set based on the theoretical and analytical results.
