Compensation practice in skeet shooting discipline
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na popis svalových dysbalancí ve střelecké disciplíně skeet a poskytuje komplexní zásobník kompenzačních cviků sloužících k jejich odstranění. Dále zevrubně přibližuje a popisuje pravidla dané disciplíny pro širokou veřejnost.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the description of muscle imbalance in the skeet shooting and provides a comprehensive aim of compensatory exercises used to remove them. Furthermore brief describes the rules details of this discipline, for the general public.
