This work summarizes the knowledge about the structure and function of the protein complex CAF1 (Chromatin assembly factor 1), the function of telomeres and rDNA. In the next part various inhibitors that potentially increase DNA damage or affect transcription 45S rDNA. Tato práce shrnuje poznatky o struktuře a funkci proteinového komplexu CAF1 (Chromatin assembly factor 1, tj. Faktor sestavující chromatin 1), funkci telomer a rDNA. V další části jsou to poznatky o různých inhibitorů, které potenciálně zvyšují poškození DNA nebo ovlivňují transkripci 45S rDNA.
