Introduction of an environmental management system for environmental faculty UJEP according to European standards and the subsequent certification

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci systému řízení ochrany životního prostředí dle normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 na Fakultě životního prostředí se sídlem v Ústí nad Labem. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku systému EMAS a na charakteristiku normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, na které je zavedení systému založeno. Dále je v teoretické části práce objasněna důležitost environmentálního managementu, přínosy z jeho zavedení a postup celé jeho implementace. Praktická část je zaměřena na popisu samotného zavedení environmentálního manažerského systému do chodu Fakulty životního prostředí UJEP, včetně potřebné vypracované dokumentace. Mimo jiné praktická část práce popisuje interní a certifikační audit, na jehož základě bude zavedený systém certifikován.

Abstract:

This thesis is based on the implementation of system of environmental management according CSN EN ISO 14001:2005. This implementation was done on Faculty of Environment based in Ústí nad Labem. This thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristic of system EMAS and on the characteristic of CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 which is based on the introduction of a system. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains the importance of environmental management, benefits from its implementation and the process of its implementation. The practical part is focused on the description of the actual implementation of the environmental management system on the Faculty of Environmental UJEP. This included the preparation of the necessary documentation. The practical part also describes the internal audit and the certificate audit on the basis of the established system certified.
