Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala prací kurátora mládeže s mladistvými pachateli. Zaměřila jsem se na zmapování jeho práce a na legislativu, ze které při výkonu své profese vychází. Dále jsem popsala průběh trestního řízení a úlohu kurátora mládeže v jeho průběhu. Součástí práce je i popis jeho působení v oblasti prevence. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na zjištění, zda děti ve věku 14-15 let, stojící na prahu trestní odpovědnosti, mají vědomosti z oblasti trestního práva a jsou na trestní odpovědnost připraveny. Pro provedení průzkumu jsem zvolila formu dotazníku, jehož obsahem je osm příběhů z praxe, demonstrujících případy, ve kterých se mladiství pachatelé dopustili porušení zákona nebo vykazovali jeho neznalost. V závěru dotazníku jsem se respondentů dotazovala na pramen jejich vědomostí z oblasti práva. Výsledky průzkumu jsem zhodnotila a graficky znázornila.

Abstract:

In bachelor thesis I covered the work of probation officer for youth with juvenile offenders. I concentrated on mapping his work and on the legislation he starts from while performing his profession. Further I described the progress of criminal proceedings and the assignment of probation officer for youth in it. The description of his activity in the prevention sphere is also the part of the thesis. In the practical part I concentrated on findings if the children aged from 14 to 15 standing on the threshold of criminal responsibility have the knowledge from criminal law sphere and if they are ready for criminal responsibility. For carrying out the survey I have chosen the questionnaire form. It contains eight stories from practice, which are illustrating the cases when juvenile offenders committed the breach of the law or they showed its ignorance. In the end of the questionnaire I asked the respondents about their source of knowledge from the law sphere. I have evaluated the results of survey and displayed them graphically.
