Comparison of Administrative and Judicial Distraint
Abstract:
Téma exekuce je aktuálním a ožehavým tématem. Účelem obou typů exekucí, které jsem ve své práci porovnala, je uspokojení pohledávky donucením uložené povinnosti. Účel je sice stejný ale postup a právní předpisy, podle kterých se exekuce řídí, jsou zcela odlišné.
Abstract:
The theme of the current execution is a delicate issue. The purpose of both types of foreclosures that in my work I first compared the satisfaction of the claim of coercion imposed obligations. Although the purpose is the same but the procedure and legislation under which the execution controls are quite different.
