Anotácia:

Cílem práce je doplnění analýzy rizika v důsledku terorismu s ohledem na problematiku cestovního ruchu a české turisty, včetně přípravy dílčích podkladů pro komunikaci tohoto typu katastrof (krizových situací), na českých sociálních sítích. Práce bude rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je využita rešerše a analýza současných možností zvyšování informovanosti a resilience obyvatel s ohledem na nebezpečí teroristického útoku během cestování. Doplnění rešerše legislativy, koncepčních a strategických dokumentů k tématu. Syntéza poznatků a zjištění ve vazbě na české či evropské strategické, koncepční a legislativní dokumenty. Též bude využit průzkum aktuálních prostředků komunikace vybraných ministerstev v ČR v otázce rizika terorismu. Praktická část bude obsahovat popis a analýzu 2 až 3 vybraných teroristických útoků ve světě (s obětmi z řad turistů). Návrh scénářů teroristických útoků s možným dopadem na turisty (využití metody AR - What-If, případně FTA či ETA).

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to supplement the risk analysis due to terrorism with regard to the issue of tourism and Czech tourists, including the preparation of partial documents for the communication of this type of disasters (crisis situations) on Czech social networks. The work will be divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the research and analysis of the current possibilities of increasing the awareness and resilience of the population with regard to the danger of a terrorist attack during travel is used. Complementing the research of legislation, conceptual and strategic documents on the topic. Synthesis of knowledge and findings in relation to Czech or European strategic, conceptual and legislative documents. A survey of the current means of communication of selected ministries in the Czech Republic on the issue of the risk of terrorism will also be used. The practical part will contain a description and analysis of 2 to 3 selected terrorist attacks in the world (with tourist victims). Proposal of scenarios of terrorist attacks with possible impact on tourists (use of the AR - What-If method, or FTA or ETA).
