Abstract:
Předmětem absolventské práce je vysvětlit pojem petic a stížností a jejich vyřizování. Důležitou součástí je charakteristika veřejné správy, její kontrola ze strany státu i občana. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení problematiky petic a stížností a návrh na změnu.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is to explain the concept of petitions and complaints and their handling. The important part is characteristic of public administration, its control by the state and the citizen. Result of this work is to evaluate the issue of complaints and petitions and letter of amendment.
