V rámci této bakalářské práce byly stručně popsány principy voltametrických metod. Dále byla zpracována literární rešerše na téma herbicid picloram a jeho voltametrické chování. In this bachelor thesis the principles of voltammetric methods were briefly described. In addition, a literature review on herbicide picloram and its voltammetric behavior was prepared. During the experimental work the possibilities of hanging mercury drop electrode in the analysis of picloram has been verified and finally the optimum conditions for the determination of the mentioned herbicide by differential …more
