Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. První polovina práce je věnována anatomickému popisu jednotlivých struktur sítnice, výčtu změn při stárnutí organismu a vlivem VPMD, doplněno o kapitoly o vybraných predispozicích pro rozvoj a samostatných projevech VPMD. In this bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of age-related macular degeneration. The first half of the thesis is devoted to anatomical description of individual structures of retina, enumeration of changes during aging and the influence of AMD, supplemented by chapters on selected predispositions for the development and independent manifestations of AMD.
