Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem plaveckých dovedností dětí předškolního věku a jejím cílem je přispět k problematice plavecké přípravy v tomto období života. Charakterizuje vývojová období od prenatálního po předškolní s důrazem na vývoj motorických dovedností jedince. Popisuje, jak se vyvíjí vztah dítěte k vodnímu prostředí a jak lze získaných dovedností využít při sbližování se s vodou. Představuje plán plaveckého výcviku, který byl využit ve výzkumné části bakalářské práce, a vyhodnocuje úroveň dosažených dovedností před a po absolvování lekcí plaveckého výcviku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the development of swimming skills of preschool children and aims to contribute to the issue of swimming training in this period of life. The thesis characterizes the development periods from the prenatal to the preschool with an emphasis on the de-velopment of motor skills of the individual. Bachelor thesis describes how to develop the child's relationship to the water surroundings and how to use acquired skills in rapprochement with water. The thesis features the schedule of swimming training, which was used in the re-search part of the thesis, and evaluates the level of acquired skills before and after the comple-tion of swimming training sessions.
