Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat a navrhnout financování developerského projektu. Celá práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první se zabývá problematikou z oblasti developmentu, dále popisuje různé varianty financování a představuje metody užívané při hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti.
