The efficiency of tourism management of the selected town.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením cestovního ruchu v destinaci, se zaměřením na jeho efektivnost a maximální využívání dostupných zdrojů. Cílem práce je posoudit efektivnost řízení cestovního ruchu města Lysá nad Labem a navrhnout možná řešení k jejímu zvýšení. Teoretická část je věnována cestovního ruchu, destinačnímu managementu a řízení cestovního ruchu v České republice a v destinaci, kde je zmiňována i efektivnost řízení a problémy rozvoje cestovního ruchu. Analytická část bakalářské práce byla provedena na základě vlastní studie provedenou samostatně autorkou. V rámci studie byl provedena analýza předpokladů cestovního ruchu a řízení cestovního ruchu ve vybraném městě. Následně je provedeno celkové vyhodnocení efektivnosti řízení cestovního ruchu, které je zároveň odpovědí na výzkumnou otázku této práce. Na základě poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů a provedené studie, návrhová část přináší doporučení pro zvýšení efektivnosti řízení a návrhy pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu ve městě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the management of tourism in a destination, focusing on its efficiency and maximum use of available resources. The aim of the thesis is to assess the efficiency of tourism management in Lysá nad Labem and to propose possible solutions to increase it. The theoretical part is devoted to tourism, destination management and tourism management in the Czech Republic and in the destination, where management efficiency and problems of tourism development are also mentioned. The analytical part of the bachelor's thesis was based on a study conducted independently by the author. The study included an analysis of tourism assumptions and tourism management in the selected city. Subsequently, an overall evaluation of the effectiveness of tourism management is made, which also answers the research question of this thesis. Based on the knowledge gained from the study of literature, internet sources and the study conducted, the proposal section provides recommendations for improving the management effectiveness and suggestions for tourism development in the city.
