Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou praxí studentů oboru Sociální práce. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivá dilemata sociální práce, kompetence pro výkon sociální práce. Pozornost je dále zaměřena na osobnost sociálního pracovníka a klienta, komunikaci v poradenském procese a odbornou praxi. The bachelor thesis deals with problems of practice of daily-attendace students of Social work. In the theoretical part are described separate dilemmas of Social work, Social work competency.
