Determination of food additives by electromigration separation methods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na v praxi používaná potravinářská aditiva, mezi něž patří především syntetická barviva, přírodní a syntetické antioxidanty, sladidla a konzervační látky. V práci byly dále sledovány možnosti stanovení těchto látek v potravinách pomocí elektromigračních separačních metod, kdy byly nejčastěji využívány techniky kapilární elektroforézy.
Abstract:
This bachelor work describes various synthetic dyes, natural and synthetic antioxidants, sweeteners and preservatives, used as food additives and their determination in food-stuff by modern electromigration separation methods, mostly by capillary electrophoresis techniques.
