Bakalářská práce se věnuje daňovým rájům a metodám jejich využití. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány druhy daňových rájů a možnosti, jak je mohou společnosti využít k minimalizaci svých daňových povinností. Dále jsou rozebírány druhy daňového plánování. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to tax havens and methods of using them. The theoretical part of the work describes the types of tax havens and how companies can use them to minimise their tax liabilities. Furthermore, the types of tax planning are discussed. In the practical part, methods of using the tax haven are applied to parent companies and subsidiaries, and tax liabilities are also compared …more
