Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice vztahující se k vážným onemocněním ledvin vedoucím k jejich transplantaci a k životu pacientů s těmito diagnózami před transplantací i po ní. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny základní léčebné metody, omezení pacientů a také je nahlédnuto do transplantačního systému v České republice. This bachelor thesis deals with issues related to serious kidney diseases leading to transplantations and to the life of patients with these diagnoses both before transplantation and after it.
