Lien and Pre-emptive Right
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje zástavní a předkupní práva, která se týkají nemovitostí. Nejprve je nastíněn vývoj občanského zákoníku a poté je popsán vznik a zánik zástavního a předkupního práva. V práci je také uvedeno srovnání současného občanského zákoníku s „novým“ občanským zákoníkem, který bude účinný od roku 2014 a úpravu těchto institutů ve zvláštních zákonech.
Abstract:
This diploma work describes pawn and pre-emption rights which are related to real estates. First of all, there is outlined the development of civil code and then there is described the origin and the conclusion of pawn and pre-emption rights.
