Předmětem mé diplomové práce je: „Ochrana spotřebitele a rozhodčí řízení“. Práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu ochrany spotřebitele v rozhodčím řízení. Zabývám se především implementací směrnice 93/13/ES, uzavírání rozhodčích doložek ve spotřebitelských smlouvách a fungováním tzv. rozhodčích center. The subject of my thesis is: „Consumer Protection and Arbitration Proceedings“. It analyzes current situation of the protection of consumer in arbitration. The main aim of this work is implementation of Directive 93/13/EC, the conclusion of arbitration clauses in consumer contracts and legal framework of operation of so called arbitration centres.
