Úvodní část bakalářské práce se zabývá historickým vývojem směnek ve světě a na našem území. V dalších podkapitolách jsou popsány druhy směnek a jejich náležitosti, které jsou určeny zákonem. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na právní úpravu směnek a komparaci směnečné právní úpravy. Ve třetí části se zabývám využitím směnky. Popisuji směnečné operace a možné směnečné podvody. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the historical development of bills in the world and in our country. In further sections are described the types of bills and their requirements, which are determined by law. In the second part I focused on legislation bills and comparison bill legislation.
