Optimization and analysis of processes in a selected organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikových procesů a reengineringem. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a navrhnout úpravy vybraného vnitropodnikové-ho procesu, dále vyhotovit časovou studii a popsat přínosy při úpravě procesu za úče-lem optimalizace. . V úvodu práce je charakterizován proces, jeho význam a možná využití v oblasti soukromých firem. Navazuje literární rešerše zaměřená na podnikové procesy, procesní řízení a reenginering. Teoretická část práce je doplněná o oblast re-fundací daní z přeshraničních transakcí Diplomová práce má aplikační charakter, kde zkoumaná problematika je zpracování žádostí o vrácení daní ve vybrané organizaci. Pro účely práce byly zvoleny jen procesy týkající se refundace daně z přidané hodnoty. Ke zpracování analyticko-praktické části práce byl využit program ARIS Express a me-todika BPMN.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of business processes and reengineering. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and propose modifications to the selected company process, to make a time study and to describe the benefits of modifying the process for optimization. In the introduction the diploma thesis characterizes the process, its importance and possible usage in selected companies. Following part is aiming on literary research focused on business processes, process management and reengination. The theoretical part of the thesis is supplemented by the area of tax refund from cross-border transactions. The diploma thesis has an application character in which the researched issue is the processing of applications for tax refunds in a selected organization. For the purposes of the work, only the processes related to the refund of value added tax were selected. The ARIS Express program and the BPMN methodology were used to process the analytical-practical part of the work.
