Diplomová práce pojednává o řízení v režimu stavebního zákona, zaměřuje se hlavně na tzv. zvláštní správní řízení v režimu stavebního zákona, a to konkrétně na územní řízení a stavební řízení, při čemž zkoumá výrazné odchylky od řízení v režimu správního řádu. Ostatní řízení v režimu stavebního zákona jsou jen stručně charakterizována
