Determination of vitamins B using HPLC
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo stanovení vitamínů B v tabletách, které byly analyzovány metodou HPLC. Zabývá se kontrolou množství těchto vitamínů ve srovnání s údaji na obalu výrobce.
Abstract:
The main purpose of bachelor work was the assignement of the vitamin B in tablets. Tablets were analyzed by the HPLC method. HPLC is concerned with a checking of quantity how many vitamins are involved when compare data by a producer.
