Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi stanovení iontů kovů pomocí separačních technik, konkrétně tenkovrstvé chromatografie. V práci jsou aplikovány dva způsoby analýzy iontů kovů – separace iontů kovů s následnou vizualizací a separace komplexů iontů kovů s azobarvivy. This thesis deals with the use of separation techniques for determination of metal ions, specifically thin layer chromatography. The thesis applied two methods of analysis of metal ions – separation of metal ions with subsequent visualization and separation of metal ion complexes with azo dyes.
