The reinsurance treaties

Abstract:

V dnešní době je kvalitní a vhodně nastavené pojištění nezbytnou nutností, která provází většinu obyvatelstva. Představa možných následků svého jednání nutí člověka k tomu, aby se pojistil, tedy zmenšil možnost vzniklé ztráty tím, že přenese část svého rizika na někoho jiného. Aby mohly pojišťovny plně uspokojit poptávku svých klientů, i ony musí najít další subjekt, na který tato rizika nebo jejich část přenesou. Dochází proto k tzv. diverzifikaci rizika pojišťovny, kdy k přenosu může být použita jiná pojišťovna nebo zajistitel. Ve své práci se soustředím především na klasické zajištění, jako jednu z metod přenosu rizika. Na začátku krátce popíši historii zajištění – jeho vznik a vývoj. Dále ve své práci popíši všechny jeho formy a způsoby použití. V druhé části se pak soustředím na tvorbu a obsah zajistných smluv.

Abstract:

Nowadays, the quality insurance is apparent necessity, which comes with big part of our population. The vision of possible consequences of our behavior leads us to conclude the insurance contract and thus decrease the possibility of loss by the transfer of the risk to another subject. The insurance companies to be able to satisfy the clients´ needs have to find further subject for transfer of part of the risk. In such cases we talk about the diversification of the risk – the insurance company transfer the risk to another insurance company or reinsurance company. I will concentrate mainly on classic method of reinsurance as one method of the risk diversification. I will describe the history of Reinsurance – its origin and development, all its forms and methods of application. Further I will describe the construction and wording of reinsurance treaties.
