Specialized gymnastic preparation and methodical training series of basic skills in cheerleading (video program)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na poměrně mladé sportovní odvětví, cheerleading. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření videoprogramu, který představí specializované gymnastické průpravy a metodické řady nácviku základních dovedností v cheerleadingu. Dále práce poskytuje ucelený přehled informací o tomto moderním sportu, charakterizuje jeho obsahovou náplň, strukturu sezóny i tréninkových jednotek a v neposlední řadě popisuje postavení cheerleadingu na české i světové sportovní scéně. Videoprogram je složený ze 2 částí. Kapitola o specializovaných gymnastických průpravách představuje obecné průpravy, které tvoří základ pro zvládnutí obtížnějších cvičebních tvarů. Kapitola metodické řady nácviku je zaměřena na didaktické postupy u konkrétních cheerleadingových cviků. Názorný videoprogram obsahuje zásobník základních cviků z oblasti stuntů, skoků a akrobacie. K ukázkám je rovněž zařazen detailní slovní popis cviků. Videoprogram je určen zejména začínajícím cheerleaderům a trenérům.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on a quite young sport, cheerleading. The main objective of this paper is to create a video program presenting specialized gymnastic training and methodical series of training basic cheerleading skills. This paper also provides a comprehensive overview of information about this modern sport, characterizes its content, structure of the season and training units and last but not least describing the position in cheerleading on the Czech and world sports scene. The video program consists of 2 parts. The chapter about specialized gymnastic training presents general training which forms the basis for mastering more difficult exercise. The chapter about the methodical series of training is focused on didactic procedures in a particular cheerleading exercises. An illustrative video program contains a set of basic exercises in the field of stunt, jumps and acrobatics. A detailed verbal description of the exercises is also included. The video program is intended especially for beginning cheerleaders and coaches.
